1. Introduction

- These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of Baking Sessions ("Sessions") offered by BELLS Baking Club (“BELLS”) to Customer ("participant"). By booking and participating in our sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration and Payment

- Session registration can be made online or in-store, subject to availability.

- Payment for the Sessions must be made in full at the time of registration.

- We accept payment via credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods specified on our website or in-store.

- Participants attending (including the registered buddy for the session) must be the participants/buddy registered for the session. BELLS reserved the rights to reject the attendees if it is not the case.

3. No Show, Cancellations and Refunds

- If you wish to cancel your session, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled session. If any BELLS coins payment is used for this booking, the BELLS coins will refund to the members Coins Wallet.

- Refund due to cancellations is only eligible for transaction paid wholly using BELLS Coins

- Any cancellations made within 7 days of the session, or transaction not using BELLS coins are not eligible for refund.

- In the event that we need to cancel a Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment (for academic classes), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

- BELLS reserved the rights consider the session a “No Show” and remove the session booked if the participant is late for more than 30 mins

4. Age Requirements and Supervision

- Participants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a registered participant. All participants are required to register/pay for the session, unless waiver is approved by the BELLS.

- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise and ensure the safety of participants under 12 years of age during the session.

- Certain promotional allowing for participants under 12 years of age (kids class) will have its additional / exclusive set of terms & conditions entails.

- All participants/attendees in BELLS must be a registered paying member of the Sessions unless explicitly stated on the exclusive terms & conditions of a promotional event or approved by BELLS.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

- Participants with known allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of registration.

- While we make efforts to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants with severe allergies are advised to assess the suitability of the Sessions by their medical professionals before participating.

- While BELLS is not yet a Halal certified baking club, BELLS has a strict no pork, no lard, no alcohol, no outside materials, no outside equipment policy. BELLS reserved the right to reject any participant who does not adhere to this policy.

6. Health and Safety

- Participants must follow all instructions provided by our staff regarding the safe use of equipment and ingredients during the Session.

- Participants must adhere to proper hygiene practices, including handwashing and wearing appropriate attire.

- BELLS are not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to comply with safety instructions or guidelines provided during the Session.

7. Photography and Media Consent

- By participating in the sessions, you grant BELLS the right to photograph or record the Sessions and use the images or recordings for promotional purposes.

- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff before the start of the sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

- All recipes, techniques, materials & content related to the session shared or otherwise reflected during the Sessions are the intellectual property of BELLS Baking Club and may not be reproduced, distributed, retained, or shared without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

- While we strive to provide accurate information and guidance during the Session, we cannot guarantee the outcome of participants' baking results.

- In consideration of BELLS and/or its staff providing the services, the client hereby agree to undertake all the risk and liability arising from or incidental to the provision of the services to the persons attending, whether the provision of such services takes place on BELLS’s premises or otherwise, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither BELLS nor its Staff shall be liable for any loss, damages, expenses, personal injury or death of any person which may arise as a result of the participants availing of the Services or the use of BELLS’s premises whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless such loss, damage, expense, personal injury or death is directly caused solely by the negligence of BELLS and not attributable at all to any fault, negligence or lack of care on the part of the participants.

- The participant shall be responsible for the security, safety, and use of their own personal property on BELLS’s premises or while otherwise availing of the Services, and BELLS and/or its Staff shall not be held liable for hurt, injury, loss or damage to the participant and any of their personal property arising therefrom.

- The participant shall be solely responsible for the medical, allergies, dietary or any other special conditions or needs (whether physical, mental, or emotional) of the participant. While BELLS will be happy to accommodate, as far as possible, any special requests relating to the participant in respect of the same, BELLS and/or its Staff accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the participant complies with or obeys any restriction in respect of and/or is provided with any item or accommodation or does or is prevented from doing anything in respect of the same nor does BELLS and/or its Staff accept any responsibility in respect of any hurt, injuries or illness to the participant arising therefrom.

10. BELLS Coins

- BELLS Coins usage

· BELLS coins are credits received from purchasing of member pack. Coins can be used for booking sessions, or purchases of any online or in-store items.

· Coins can be earned from promotions determined by BELLS and are subject to update & change per BELLS discretion (such as completion of profile or redemptions from promotional vouchers). Certain recipes or Sessions can only be booked via BELLS coins.

- BELLS Coins Validity

· Coins validity & Buddy card & Beverage card validity can be extended once a new member pack is purchased.

· Coins validity extension is only eligible via purchase of coins (through member pack or other methods) for the same wallet type.

· Existing validity will be extended as the same period of the new member pack.

· Coins, Buddy cards & Beverage cards that have already expired will not be eligible for validity extension. Coins earned from promotion are not eligible for validity extension.

· Terms for extension of validity period are subject to update & changes per BELLS discretion.

11. Member Pack

- Baking Kit gift redemption

· Members can redeem their baking kit gift pack at the baking studio.

· BELLS reserved the right to replace the gift pack/items in the gift pack with another equivalent items.

· Please allow a 2 to 4 weeks preparation period for us to prepare the gift. BELLS will inform members when the gift is ready for redemption.

- Member pack sharing options.

· Sharing of member pack option is available. Certain members pack allow for sharing options, that you can share the coins from the members pack with another member.

· The “sharing couple” will have a shared wallet to utilize the shared coins. Only 1 set of baking kit gifts will be given away per member pack purchase.

· The selected sharing partner for the purchase of that member pack cannot be changed once submitted.

· Members can purchase multiple member pack or multiple sharing member pack.

12. Buddy session

- Member can add on buddy to their Sessions via top up or usage of buddy card.

- Buddy are required to registered for an account with BELLS to be registered for the session.

- BELLS reserved the right to reject any participant if found that any do not adhere to BELLS company policy.

13. Restriction in Class

Participants are to always observe relevant Authorities’ and BELLS’ prevailing regulations and rules on the conduct of classes, which currently include but are not limited to:

- Strictly no consumption of outside food & beverages during session.

- Usage of any other equipment and materials other than those provided by BELLS is not permitted.

- Participants must adhere to any safe distancing measures and hygiene regulations as imposed by BELLS.

- Photography, videography, or any form of rrecording of the training and instructional materials and procedures is strictly not permitted.

- BELLS shall reserve the right to cancel the Sessions at any point of time & issue no refunds if any violations of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein as well as any act deemed as disturbance to the classes, instructors, or other members.

- In case of special classes such as limited-time classes, studio specific classes, special classes, etc. there may be different conditions for the applicants such as age or proficiency, as determined by the Company. For any minors in attendance, all responsibility shall be in the hands of their guardians.

14. Damages

- The participant shall be liable for any and all damages and breakages caused to the BELLS’s property during the event by the participants.

15. Promotional & Discount

- Some promotional & discount items may not be eligible for refunds, additional promotions, additional discount, or other standard promotions.

- BELLS reserves the right to reject any discount or promotions, and its participants if found that there is any unrightful use, abuse, manipulation of the intended system, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, false information, or wrongful use of member’s account, and will result to legal action being taken.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and BELLS reserve the right to amend its terms and conditions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Sessions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By purchasing any Member Pack, and/or booking and participating in any of our sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
